To make sure that you arrive at the airport on time, please arrive at the hotel no less than 2 hours before your flight. The hotel is NOT responsible if you must wait for the next shuttle. Enter this location at 5200 Pearl St. This is The Rose Hotel lot. It is located on the south side of Berwyn Ave. between Balmoral Ave. and Farragut Ave. Make sure you are parking in the Rose Hotel parking lot and NOT the areas nearby areas labeled NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- Gather your luggage and head to the hotel entrance to board the shuttle. The shuttle runs 24/7.
- All hotel shuttle pickups at ORD are located on the LOWER LEVEL of Terminal 2. Once you arrive at the lower level of terminal 2, our pickup zone is at Vestibule 2E. Please give us a call once you arrive at 847-260-4770 as we pick up only upon request. It is 24/7 departing every 30 minutes. To reach the pickup spot from terminal 5, you will need to take the airport train over to terminal 2 and make your way downstairs.
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open and you're free to go!
