- Drop-Off to JFK Airport: Scheduled ONLY every HOUR on the HOUR by reservation ONLY. Guests will be dropped off directly at the departure terminal. For the shuttle from the hotel to JFK airport, please reserve your seat for the time slot during check-in, as we have limited spaces per shuttle run.
- Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate all pickup trucks, large passenger vans, cargo vans and large SUVs (example: Suburban, Escalade, Tahoe, Yukon, Navigator, Expedition, ETC).
- Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate extended cab pickup trucks, large passenger vans, and large SUVs (Suburban, Escalade, etc).
- JFK Airport Hotel Shuttle: Our complimentary shuttle schedule runs daily from 4:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight, providing transportation to and from JFK Airport ONLY.
- Limited spaces available, and seats are not guaranteed on each shuttle run. If guests choose to take their own means of transportation to the airport, the hotel will not be responsible for payment or any lost luggage. We do not reserve spots prior to arrival for drop off from the HOTEL TO JFK AIRPORT.
- Pick-Up from JFK Airport: Pick-up is available upon request from 4:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight at Federal Circle – Station C ONLY per NYC Port Authority regulations. Once you arrive at your terminal, please follow the signs to the AirTrain and take it to Federal Circle. Once you arrive at Federal Circle, please call the hotel at 718-977-3300 or use the courtesy phone for pick-up. Please allow 20–30 minutes for the shuttle arrival due to the airport traffic and the airport renovation construction.
- Please ensure to go to the Back of the hotel and not the front desk. The front desk will NOT be able to assist you.
- Please note a $10 oversized vehicle daily rate may be due at the site if applicable.
- The hotel will not be responsible for any damages or theft of during your reservations.
- Vehicles picked up after the scheduled reservation date will incur a late pickup fee of $50.00 per day.

From West and South We are just off the Belt Parkway, Exit 20 towards 150th street/Rockaway boulevard. Merge onto south conduit avenue and we will be on the corner of rockaway boulevard and south conduit. Make a right on 157th street and then make another right immediately to enter our Valet parking area. Please pull up to the back of the hotel where you will see the valet booth. Your car will be attended by our valet attendant. Please do not go to the front desk as they will not be able to assist you with your vehicle. From North to East We are just off the Belt Parkway/ Take Southern State Parkway (EAST) or Cross Island (SOUTH) to the belt parkway WEST. Then follow the signs to Belt Parkway / JFK Airport. Take exit 21A towards Rockaway Boulevard. At the first light make a left and we are located directly after the overpass on the right-hand side Make a right on 157th street and then make another right immediately to enter our Valet parking area. Please pull up to the back of the hotel where you will see the valet booth. Your car will be attended by our valet attendant. Please do not go to the front desk as they will not be able to assist you with your vehicle.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
