Enter this location at 2366 Eastlake Ave. E. This is the entrance address for the Areis Building Lot (A1163), operated by Diamond Parking. It is located on the East side of Eastlake Ave E. between E Louisa St. and E Lynn St.
You may also enter this location at its other entrance, 201 E Louisa St. This is an alternate entrance for the rooftop lot.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
You may park in any stall that does not have a "Reserved 24/7" sign. Some stalls have reserved signs only for the business day, which you may park in. Stalls that are not permitted will explicitly say 24/7 If all stalls in the lower garage are full, please proceed to the upper lot at 201 E Louisa St. It is accessible from the alley
