- Parkers must pull down to level B to park.
- Please use the after hours phone number +1 (615) 705-2088 in case the roll up door is down, and someone with a reservation needs access. This number can also get them in at the front door, when that door is locked during non-business hours.
- When returning to the garage after 6 PM, you will need to enter the front doors and call security for access.

Enter this location at 212 Rep. John Lewis Way N. This is the entrance address for the Fifth Third Center Garage, operated by Towne. It is located on the Northeast side of Rep. John Lewis Way N between Church St. and Union St.
Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved". Please note that pedestrian access to the building is through the plaza entrance located at 424 Church Street, and this will be the designated entry and exit point.
- When exiting, press the call button. Read your SpotHero Rental # and the number from the ticket you pulled.
- The gate will lift and you are free to go!
