- Attention: During very busy holiday periods and/or other times throughout the year, Sundance Airport Parking may fill all available spaces. In the event, you arrive for your parking check-in, and the lot is closed without a lot attendant present, please proceed with your original reservation to the nearby parking facility, Sky Harbor Airport Parking, located at 402 S. 40th Street, Phoenix AZ 85034. A quick 2 minutes south on 40th Street, just past Washington, directly past the railroad tracks, on the right-hand side. 602-273-7007. Clear signage should also be available onsite with instructions should this occur. Sky Harbor Airport Parking and Sundance Airport Parking are business partners and your reservation will be honored (uncovered parking only) at the original rate at Sky Harbor Airport Parking if and only if Sundance Airport Parking is closed and unattended.
- If you park outside of your reservation times, you may be charged additional fees at the exit.

Enter this location at 402 S 40th St. This is the Sky Harbor Airport Parking lot which operates Sundance Airport Parking. It is located on the west side of S 40th St between E Madison St and Air Ln.
- When you arrive to the facility, display your prepaid pass to the attendant either printed out or on a mobile device.
- You may park in any space not marked as 'reserved'.
- Proceed to the front of the building with your luggage. Request your shuttle by pressing a button on the wall. A green and white 'Sky Harbor Airport Parking' shuttle will pick you up within 10 min of the call and take you to the airport.
- Once you arrive back to the airport, grab your belongings and proceed to the shuttle pick up area. Look for the green and white 'Sky Harbor Airport Parking' shuttle, which runs every 15 minutes.
- Upon exit, present the ticket and the cashier will apply the amount prepaid.
Note: If you have overstayed your reservation time you may be charged additional fees at exit. Any additional days will be charged at the reservation rate.
