Enter this location at 2800 Potomac Ave. This is the Renaissance Arlington garage, operated by Ace Parking. It is located on the West side of Potomac Ave. between Crystal Dr. and 29th St. You can only access this location by traveling South on Potomac Ave. The entrance is just past the valet. Look for "Parking" in circle letters above the entrance.
Upon reaching the garage, pull a ticket to activate the gate arm. Please park on GARAGE LEVEL 3 (G3). Make sure to hold on to your ticket, you must have the ticket in order to exit the garage!
You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
Use the elevator to the lobby level (L), Wait for our complimentary airport shuttle, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes between 5:05 am-11:05 pm, Enjoy the shuttle to the airport, and have a safe and happy flight.
Once you have collected your baggage, please proceed to the arrival exit at Terminal 1, or Terminal 2 at Doors 4 and 7. Look for the Renaissance - Residence Inn (Arlington Capital View Hotel) Shuttle. Wait time could be up to 30 minutes. (5:15 AM-11:15 PM)
After returning, take the ticket you pulled on arrival, along with your SpotHero parking pass, to the valet stand or the hotel front desk to be validated.
Use your validated ticket to exit the garage. The gate will lift and you are free to go!
