These spots are located behind 90 Gardner St. with access via the parking lot. Enter the lot next to 40 Malvern St. and go straight. Spots #1–6, #8–11 are located in the second row (the middle section) on the right-hand side, and spots #12–15 are in the third row at the top end of the lot, also on the right-hand side. Look for the 'Reserved Parking for 90 Gardner St.' sign with a number attached to the metal fence; The designated spots are painted white and have a blue SpotHero sticker on the ground. Please refer to the photos for additional guidance.
