Secondary alley entrance between 637 and 641 Hamlin St NE and turn right. Tertiary alley entrance between 646 and 640 Girard St NE and turn left. The spot will be on your right-hand side. Look for spot #4, painted white on the ground, with a ‘Reserved Parking’ sign attached to the metal fence. Please refer to the photos for additional guidance.
