Enter this location at 1230 Rosecrans Ave. This is the Manhattan Beach Towers Covered Self Park garage, operated by Onni Group. It is located on the South side of Rosecrans Ave. between Village Dr. and Manhattan Beach Marriott Dr.
Upon arrival, pull a ticket to enter. Please ensure your license plate is updated on your SpotHero reservation. Failure to do so may result in a ticket and/or tow.
After entering, please proceed down to level P3 in the covered garage, and park anywhere not marked as "Reserved".
After you are parked, grab your ticket and visit the security desk to receive a parking pass and a validation to exit. You must collect your validation before you exit. Gather your belongings and head down to the street level to call your taxi/rideshare to LAX, which is approximately 10 mins. away.
When you arrive back at LAX, call your rideshare to take you back to 1230 Rosecrans Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
Pull to the exit gate, insert your ticket, then the validation that was collected from security.
Simply leave when you're ready to go!
