When you arrive, you will pull a ticket to enter the lot. You MUST have this ticket in order to exit.

Gather your belongings and proceed to board the shuttle.

When you return to Orlando, call (407) 240-1000 to arrange return shuttle pick-up.

Visit the valet and display your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on a mobile device, along with the ticket you pulled upon entry. The valet will hand you a validated chaser ticket to use at the exit gate.

Insert the ticket you received upon entry followed by the validated chaser ticket you received from the valet. The gate will open and you're free to go!
