- Please park against the outer wall or fence in a dedicated space. Parking in the middle of lot is not allowed for SpotHero customers. Customers may be asked to leave their keys when the lot is busy. Please do not park in the reserved spots; only by the SpotHero signs on the outside gates.
- This parking spot is under the L tracks. You are getting a great price, but please remember, you are parking beneath an active train line. Enter this location at 226 W Hubbard St. This is the entrance address for the 435 N Franklin St. lot, operated by Metro Valet. It is located on the North side of W Hubbard St. between N Wells St. and N Franklin St. There is a sign for "Roche Bobois Paris" on the side of the building facing the lot.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
If the lot is busy, customers may have to leave their keys with the valet.
