- All spaces in the lot are available for parking under management, including reserved, accessible/handicap, and unmarked areas
- Do not block drive lanes, entrances/exits, fire lanes, or normal traffic flow
- On events, parking starts as self-park with an attendant and switches to valet once 50% occupancy is reached.

This Lot is located in the alley behind 1601 S Dearborn St. From the intersection of S Dearborn St. and W 17th St., head East on W 17th St. towards S State St. Turn left to enter the alley at 14 W 17th St. Head North through the alley until you reach the Lot behind 1601 S Dearborn St. You may also enter the alley at its other entrance, 21 W 16th St.

For events, show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". The valet is available after 50% of occupancy on event days.
