- Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.
- Height Restriction: 9' 0"
- If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $25/day if you did not.
- Please Note: This location cannot honor cancellations beginning 30 minutes after the start of a reservation.
- Please hold on to your claim tickets. An additional $5.00 will be charged at the garage for all lost claims. No exceptions.
- This garage does not accept exotic vehicles. This includes, but is not limited to Limos, Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Maseratis, Ferraris, Bugattis, Lamborghinis, Maclaren, etc.
- This garage will only accept EV's with a physical key/fob. Vehicles without a fob will not be accepted.

Enter this location at 320 West 38th St. This is the Emerald Green garage, operated by Glenwood Management Corp. It is located on the right-hand side of 38th St. (a one-way street) between 8th Ave. and 9th Ave. The entrance is marked with a green 'Parking' awning marked with white lettering. Please reference the photos.
- When you arrive at the facility, the valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you return to the facility, show the valet your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you received upon arrival.
- If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees now (credit card preferred).
- The valet will retrieve your car and you're free to go!
