• The garage is 24/7 but for security the gates close at 12am and open up at 5am. In order to access the garage during this time, you have to utilize the intercom located on the wall outside close to the shutter doors on the 13th st. entrance, or on the Juniper st. entrance where the Macy's door is located on the right side of the building
• There are no designated parking spaces reserved exclusively for SpotHero customers. However, levels P2 or P3 are recommended for parking. Please note that while certain spaces on P3 may be marked as “Reserved,” customers are permitted to park in those spaces.
• Height Restriction: 5' 10"
• Please be sure to not enter the garage before your reservation time.
• Please note that the parking spaces may be tight for larger or taller and/or larger vehicles.
