• Please note: Guest parking is only allowed in the valet area. Beyond the valet area, parking spaces are reserved or owned. Do not self-park your vehicle.
• Please note: If the time of your reservation is exceeded, the machine will display the amount to pay. Payment can be made at the exit machine using a major credit card.
• Please note: Oversize vehicles, pickup trucks, full size vans, vehicles with trailers or bike racks are not allowed in the garage.
• Pull to the right lane towards garage office. Present the 3 tickets to the attendant and show them your SpotHero parking pass. The attendant will give you 1 of the tickets back and they will park the car for you.
• This is a valet parking location. Please wait for a parking attendant after entering the location. Visitors are not allowed to self park their vehicles. Any vehicle that is self parked will be towed.
• Upon arriving to the garage, the overhead door will open automatically once the vehicle goes over the speed bump. When returning to the garage, use the building entrance on Irving Park Rd. Inform the building doorman you are going to the garage and they will direct you to the door to their right.
