- At the end of each Rockies home game (typically around the 9th inning), the gates will be lifted for about an hour. During this time, QR scanning may not function normally. If anyone needs assistance, they can press the 24/7 help button located on the machine and speak with an attendant who can let them in or out without duplicate payments.
- During events: please use assistance button to exit garage if you are unable to scan out normally!
- Height Restriction: 6' 6"
- Remain in your vehicle while entering or exiting this location. Please note there is no pedestrian access on the entry/exit ramp.
- Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans.

Enter this location at 1429 18th St. This is the entrance address for the Alamo Plaza garage (non-entrance address: 1401 17th St.), operated by Interstate Parking. It is located on the left-hand side of 18th St. (a one-way street) between Market St. and Blake St. You may also enter this location at its other entrance, 1744 Market St.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
