When you arrive at the hotel, pull up to the main entrance under the awning (temporary loading zone), and head to the front desk with your SpotHero Parking Pass and your license plate number. The agent will register your vehicle in our digital system to prevent towing and provide you with a printed dash pass. They will then direct you to the designated long-term cruise parking area.

Once parked, return to the lobby seating area. Our paid shuttle departs for the Port on a set schedule: 9:45 am and 11:15 am.

Once you clear customs and collect your luggage, proceed to the shuttle location.

Simply leave when you're ready to go!
