Upon arrival at the parking facility, please present your SpotHero Parking Pass to the attendant at check-in. Staff will then collect your keys, give you a valet claim ticket, and guide you to the shuttle pick-up area. You MUST have this claim ticket when you return in order to retrieve your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in lost ticket fees.

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pick-up area.

After landing back at OAK, collect your luggage and call the hotel at (510) 333 - 6603 for pick-up. The complimentary shuttle will arrive promptly.

Once back at the lot, simply leave when you're ready to go!
