Arrive at 2121 M St. NW. This is the Hyatt Place West End Valet, operated by Hyatt Place West End - DC. It is located on the north/right-hand side of M St. NW (a one-way street) between New Hampshire Ave. NW and 22nd St. NW. Please pull up to the Hyatt Place Hotel, DO NOT enter the garage next door (operated by Park America).
Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The valet is located just inside the entrance to the hotel. If the valet is not present, please check in with the front desk and they will assist you.
- The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.
