Please call the hotel at (615) 229-5020 before you arrive to schedule your shuttle ride to BNA. Failure to do so may lead to not having a seat on the shuttle.
Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
Please gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area. The shuttle runs 24/7; from 7am to 11pm, drivers will use the Country Inn & Suites shuttle bus, and the Holiday Inn shuttle bus outside of those hours.
