Enter this location at 36 S 21st St. This is the 2101 Chestnut garage, operated by SP+. It is located on the West/Right-hand side of S 21st St. (a one-way street) between Ranstead St. and Chestnut St.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
- When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. Please pull to the bottom of the ramp for valet assistance you will receive a ticket that must be turned in when retrieving your vehicle.
When you're ready to retrieve your vehicle, open the text message you received from Metropolis and use the link provided to request your car. This text message serves as your electronic parking ticket, and there is no additional charge to request your vehicle.
- Simply drive out when you are ready to go! The gate will open.
