- No Vehicle Storage. No vehicles may be stored in this parking facility for more than 5 consecutive business days without exiting the facility. If you're planning on leaving your vehicle for an extended period of time, please contact the facility manager for approval. Any vehicle stored in this facility over 5 days without notification is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
- Please note entering or exiting outside of the reserved time parameters will result in additional costs at garage board rates and you will have to pay these directly to the parking company before retrieving your vehicle.
- There is a one-time $45 permit fee.
- Your billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month. You may start parking anytime but are encouraged to start as close to the 1st of the month as possible. If you park after this date, your purchase will not be prorated.
