You should enter the garage via alley access, as displayed on the attachment.  Drive down ramp and stop at the attendant booth to present SpotHero reservation. 

You will be required to leave the keys and will be issued a valet retrieval ticket that you should present when returning for your vehicle. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Vehicles not picked up by the close of business will NOT be available until the following business day and will incur an additional $27.00 overnight fee, which will also cover the additional days parking fee. When you’re ready to go, show the valet attendant your ticket and your car will be retrieved.
