Upon arrival to the hotel, park temporarily out front and head into the hotel lobby, and present your SpotHero Parking Pass to staff. The agent will hand you a parking hang tag, and a specific shuttle departure spot must be scheduled at the desk. The hang tag must be clearly displayed on the rearview mirror before leaving your vehicle to avoid being towed.

Drive to the back of the hotel, park in the designated spaces in the Rear Lot, and return to the lobby shuttle area.

When you arrive back at BUF, gather your belongings and call the front desk directly at (716) 626-1800 to request a shuttle pickup, proceed to the designated hotel shuttle pickup area, and show the driver your locator slip or hotel parking info to board.

When back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
