When you arrive, you must pull a paper ticket even if they have a prepaid reservation. You will then scan your reservation barcode directly at the entrance gate scanner to enter.

Follow signs to the covered parking section, and park specifically in Rows R, S, V, or W. Shuttles to the International Terminal run exclusively from these rows every 30 minutes (on the hour and half-hour).

Wait by your vehicle and a shuttle will pick you up at your space, and the driver will provide a locator slip for your return. Customers should arrive 15–20 minutes before your desired terminal arrival time.

When you return to ATL, Head to the designated International ground transportation area and call (404) 767-8000 or text (312) 533-8796 with the message "Terminal international" and the
passenger count to request a shuttle.

When you return back to the lot, you can exit via automated lanes or through a manned cashier lane, where you will scan the same reservation QR code you used to enter.
