Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass (including temporary plates). Failure to do so will result in a ticket, tow, or additional fees upon exit.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate.

When you enter the facility off E 68th Ave., follow the signs to the current loading row in the uncovered area. You will be picked up at your vehicle. Please do not enter the covered parking area. Make a note of where you parked so you can be taken right back to your vehicle upon return. License plates are required for the vehicle, and you must ensure the correct vehicle is listed. When you leave, proceed to the exit plaza and drive right out.

Pickup is on the East & West sides of the main terminal on the 5th level at Island 3. On the East side, exit through door number 513, and on the West side, exit through door 504.

When exiting ParkDIA, pull up to the exit plaza. After reading your license plate, the gate will open. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please use the phone number at the exit, or staff will be there to assist.
