When arriving at the hotel, pull your vehicle up to the front entrance, head inside to the front desk to present your SpotHero Parking Pass to the front desk representative, and schedule your return trip based on your cruise's disembarkment day/time. They will provide you with a physical parking permit. Place this permit clearly on your vehicle's dashboard. This permit must be easily visible to lot security personnel.

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area.

When returning back at the cruise port, gather your belongings and call the hotel directly at (954) 728-2577 to request a shuttle back to the hotel. Proceed to the shuttle pickup area, and board the Ace Tours van.

Once back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
