The building is open: Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM Outside of these hours, visitors must call the number posted on the door for Security to gain access to the building.

Enter this location at 1091 India St. This is the entrance address for the 600 W B St. America Plaza garage, operated by Ace Parking. It is located on the left-hand side of India St. (a one-way street) between W B St. and Broadway. The entrance is marked with a "One America Plaza" sign located above the entrance with white lettering. Please reference the photos.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
