- Stairwell access to lobby is available from 9am-5:30pm (M-F). Please use pedestrian doorway and walk garage ramp at all other times.
- This facility is available 24/7 to park and retrieve vehicles.

This Garage is located in the alley behind 1015 18th St. NW. From the intersection of Connecticut Ave. NW and K St. NW, head West on K St. NW towards 18th St. NW. Turn right to enter the alley at 1731 K St. NW. Head North through the alley until you reach the Garage behind 1015 18th St. NW.
Check in with the attendant if arriving between 7am - 11am (M-F).
If arriving after 11am (M-F) or on a weekend, scan your QR Code at the Parking Kiosk on the left side of the parking ramp. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the garage door will open.
You may park anywhere that doesn't say ""Reserved"". Do NOT block another vehicle.
When returning to pick up your car, scan your QR Code on the Pedestrian Kiosk located below the marquee sign and to the left of the pedestrian doorway. Valid reservations will unlock the pedestrian doorway for access to the garage.
The garage door will automatically open for exit once as you approach in your vehicle.
