Enter this location at 47 Boylston St. This is the Ritz-Carlton Millennium Place garage operated by VPNE. It is located on the north/left-hand side of Boylston St. (a one-way street) between Tremont St. and Washington St. Look for the circular blue and grey "P" sign immediately after the Masonic Building on Boylston.
To enter, pull a ticket to open the gate and keep it with you.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Depending on parking occupancy, this lot may become a valet and you may be asked to leave your keys with the attendant.
When exiting, do not scan the ticket you pulled to enter. Instead, press the “Support” button on the kiosk to call VPNE parking support. Provide them your SpotHero reservation ID, as well as, the number on the ticket you pulled and they will open the gate for you.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
