Enter this location at 150 W 38th St. This is the 150 W 38th St. garage, operated by Metropolis. It is located on the Southwest/Right-hand side of W 38th St. (a one-way street) between 7th Ave. and Broadway
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
When you arrive, please go left up the ramp to the 5th floor. An attendant will check you in on the 5th floor and instruct you on where to park.
You will need to request your vehicle through the Metropolis Application link that was sent via text message at check in. Please see Cashier Booth if you did not receive a text message. Once confirmed you will be given your keys back and be able to drive out.
