Enter this garage at 1201 Maine Ave SW. This is the Portals II garage (445 12th St SW), operated by SP+. The entrance is located on the north end of Maine Ave SW between 12th St SW and 14th St SW. Please reference the photo of the parking entrance.There are two entrances to this location, one on the Maryland Ave "alley" side and the other being the Maine Ave side of the building.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
Important: To ensure a smooth parking experience, all customers must present the SpotHero parking pass upon arrival. The SpotHero pass is required to verify your reservation with the parking attendant.
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
