Enter this location on 13th Street Northwest. Enter this location at 520 13th St. NW. This is the 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. NW garage, operated by Quik Park. It is located on the west side of 13th St. NW between F St. NW and Pennsylvania Ave. NW. Look for the silver words "1301 PARKING" to the right of entrance to a Large glass building. Parking is available on levels P1 to P3. This garage uses a way finder technology. Any space with a “Green light” above it is available for use.
Important note: After hours building elevator re-entry is permitted ONLY to ADA parkers via the 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. building lobby. See garage attendant for assistance if building lobby security is not visible. All others may enter via the main Garage Ramp on 13th St.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to enter the facility using the scanner.
- When exiting, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to exit the facility using the scanner.
