- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.
- Height Restriction: 7' 10"
- If you arrive while the gates are down (11 pm - 5 am), please use the call button at the entrance to notify the attendant.
- Note for all Tesla vehicles: Tesla vehicles are restricted from purchasing a monthly spot at this location.

Enter this location on 3rd Avenue. Enter this location at 174 E 97th St. This is the entrance address for the 175 E 96th St. garage, operated by iPark. It is located on the left-hand side of 97th St. (a one-way street) between 3rd Ave. and Lexington Ave. After you cross 3rd Ave and turn onto 97th St, it will be the first garage on your left-hand side.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
