Enter this location at 350 E Ohio St. This is the Arrive Streeterville garage, operated by Secure Parking USA. It is located on the north/left-hand side of E Ohio St. (a one-way street) between N Fairbanks Ct. and N McClurg Ct. Look for the 'Parking' sign above the garage entrance.
There will be a sign above the entrance stating "PARKING" with a blue P next to it. Please make sure you do not enter the "345 E Ohio St" garage or the "355 E Ohio St" garage, as these facilities will not accept your reservation.
Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. DO NOT PULL A TICKET.
Pull up to lowered garage door until it raises.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
