- How Do I Know I Am In The Right Spot? 1. There are "1212 N Ashland" SpotHero signs posted on electric posts around the lot. 2. The lot is located behind the building (off Ashland Avenue). 3. The photos on your parking pass match the area where you are parking. 4. Hourly parkers please park in spots numbered #1-#6 or #9 only. Other numbered spaces on the lot are not available for SpotHero parking.

Enter this location via the alley just south of 1212 N Ashland Ave, just south of the Spark’d dispensary . The entrance is located on the west side of N Ashland Ave. between N Milwaukee Ave. and W Division St.
Continue driving west down the alley for roughly 1/4 block and the parking area will be on your left. Park in spots #1-6 or 9 within the "triangle" formed by the electric poles and power station. Look for the "1212 N Ashland" SpotHero signs hanging on the electric poles. DO NOT block access through the alley.
Please take a moment to verify that you are at the "1212 N Ashland lot," you will be towed if you are parked in any other location (including 1200 N Ashland).
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- You may only park in spot #1- 6 or 9. Spot #7, 8 & 10 are not available for SpotHero parking. Please use photos and on-site "1212 N Ashland" signs for reference. Please make sure you are not blocking the alley.
- Simply leave when you are ready to go!
