- Due to the heavy volume of vehicles at this location, please be advised that wait times may be longer than normal during vehicle drop-off/pickup. Please plan accordingly if you are planning on attending a theater performance. suggested wait time. We recommend giving yourself an 45 minutes - an hour, especially during peak times (after 4 PM)
- During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $25/day if you did not.

- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, including Teslas, will not be accepted at this location.

Enter this location at 304 W 49th St. This valet garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the south/left-hand side of W 49th St. (a westbound one-way street) between 8th Ave. and 9th Ave. Look for the large signs with "PARK" in red lettering.
NOTE: This is a high-volume garage that gets very busy because of the surrounding theaters. If you are parking here for a show, we recommend arriving to park at least 30 minutes prior to showtime.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit. Please call (212) 247-5602 1 hour before you need your car ready.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
