- Due to a low clearance, this location cannot accommodate vehicles with add-on roof racks.
- During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.
- Midsize suv and midsize minivan oversized fee of $10.00 daily
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles will not be accepted at this location.
- Teslas are not allowed at this facility
- Trucks, vans, large SUVs, large minivans, or pick up trucks are not allowed.

Enter this location at 330 3rd Ave. This valet garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the left-hand side of 3rd Ave. (a one-way street) between E 24th St. and E 25th St. The entrance is just before Fitzgerald's Pub.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
Please note: When the gate is closed, you can ring the bell and an attendant will assist you.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
