- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.
- Note for all Tesla vehicles: Tesla vehicles are restricted from purchasing a monthly spot at this location.
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, with the exception of Teslas, will not be accepted at this location.

Enter this location at 165 E 77th St. This garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the right-hand side of 77th St. (a one-way street) between Lexington Ave. and 3rd Ave. This block has multiple garages, so please make sure you are parking in the iPark location. Please use our photos for reference.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
