- During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.
- Height Restriction: 6' 4"
- Note for all Tesla vehicles: Tesla vehicles are restricted from purchasing a monthly spot at this location.
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, including Teslas, will not be accepted at this location.
- Please note that this pass is only valid during the designated time period listed. If you enter the facility prior to your scheduled start time or remain parked beyond the allowed end time, you may be subject to additional charges. For Commuter passes, these time parameters are strictly enforced. Parking outside of the permitted time window, whether early arrival or late departure, may result in fees charged by the facility. To avoid any additional charges, please ensure your arrival and departure align with the pass’s valid time range.

Enter this location at 110 E 65th St. This is the 605 Park Ave garage operated by iPark. It is located on the right-hand side of 65th St. (a one-way street) between Park Ave. and Lexington Ave. If you've reached "Bizarre Bazaar" you've gone too far.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
