- During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.
- Height Restriction: 6' 5"
- If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $10/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $20/day if you did not.
- Midsize suv, compact suv, and all minivans oversized fee of $10.00 daily
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, including Teslas, will not be accepted at this location.
- Please note there are multiple iPark garages on this block. Reference the photos to ensure you are at the 220 E 63rd St. location.
- Teslas are not allowed at this facility for Daily or Monthly reservations

Enter this location at 220 E 63rd St. This valet garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the south/left-hand side of E 63rd St. (a westbound one-way street) between 2nd Ave. and 3rd Ave.
NOTE: there are multiple iPark garages on this block. This is the second garage on the lefthand side. Please reference the photos to ensure you are parking at the correct location.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
