Proceed to the hotel entrance and show your SpotHero parking pass to the front desk. You will need to bring your driver's license and your license plate number. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes after the hour in order to provide yourself time to complete a short parking permit and obtain your pass.

You will then be instructed where to park and how to board the shuttle.

Shuttles for the airport leave once per hour, starting at 5:00 AM and ending at 12:00 AM. Due to construction at the airport, pickup instructions will be provided at the time of check-in.

For pick-up from the airport, guests must call the hotel directly at (704) 412-4630 after landing.

The hotel shuttle will pick up guests at Zone 1, in the Ground Transportation area outside of baggage claim, where signs say “Hotel Shuttle.”
