When you arrive, go to the front desk and show your SpotHero reservation. Complete the location’s forms and receive a voucher to place in your window to park. Customers must call the hotel at (832) 412-1020 the day before their reservation to sign up for shuttle service, or a minimum of 2 hours before. No on-demand shuttles. No walk-ins. You will be required to make your own transportation arrangements to IAH airport.

When you arrive back at the airport and have your luggage in hand, call the hotel at (832) 412-1020 to request pickup. Shuttle service is on request only and available 24 hours. The hotel will give you pickup instructions. When you arrive back at the hotel, leave the window voucher at the reception desk and you’re ready to go!
