- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.
- Please note entering or exiting outside of the reserved time parameters will result in additional costs at garage board rates and you will have to pay these directly to the parking company before retrieving your vehicle.

Enter this location at 200 12th St. This is the entrance address for the 500 4th Ave. valet garage, managed by Impark. It is located on the south/right-hand side of 12th St. (an eastbound one-way street) between 3rd Ave. and 4th Ave. Look for the black 'Park' signs with pink arrows above the garage entrance.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
