- Enter the underground ramp located underneath the Larking apartments. You are at risk of being towed at your own expense if you park in any of the neighboring surface lots. You must park in the garage. Please reference the photos on the parking pass and call our Customer Heroes if you have any questions. Do not park past the Resident Parking sign and gate. Failure to comply may result in a tow.
- Parking is allowed in the Wells Fargo stalls in the garage between 5 pm–5 am Mon–Fri, and is allowed 24 hrs on Sat–Sun. Failure to comply may result in a tow.
- This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.

Enter the garage from the driveway at 615 S 8th St. This is the The Larking ramp, managed by Impark. This indoor garage is located in the alleyway of the Larking Apartments. There are three entrances to the alleyway. One alleyway entrance is on the right side of S 8th St, just after the intersection with Portland Ave. There are two other alleyway entrances on Portland Ave and Park Ave. Look for a red sign that says "Garage Parking Available" or "Reservations Only" and an overhead sign above the entrance that reads "Resident and Retail Parking" in white.
- This location is monitored according to the licence plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow.
You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Do not park in the Residents Only" section of the garage.
