Enter this location on West Leland Avenue. Enter this location via the alleyway at 2269 W Leland Ave. Head south down the alley , and the lot will be on your right. This is an SP+ facility located under the CTA Brown Line. It is located on the east side of N Lincoln Ave. between W Leland Ave. and W Eastwood Ave.
Enter this facility directly beneath the EL tracks crossing over Lincoln Ave., continue east down the alley for roughly 100 feet and look for the SP+ signs that outline the parking area. There are two separate eligible parking areas:
North Side of Alley: Please make sure you are parallel parking against the brick wall. Be sure to park as close to the building as possible.
South Side of Alley: Please make sure you are parking on an angle along the chainlink fence. Do NOT park in front of the brick building between the curb and the chain-link fence.
You will be towed if you block the lane running through middle of this lot.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- NORTH SIDE OF LOT: Please parallel park your vehicle against the brick wall. You will be towed if you block the lane running through middle of lot.
