- 74 inches wide is the maximum vehicle size allowed. Google your vehicle. Oversized vehicles will be towed.
- If there are bins, you must move them to the covered area on your right so you can pull all the way forward.
- Look for the yellow painted 'B1', 'B2' or B5' on the ground.

These spots are located behind the 1905 Beacon St. building with access via the alley. Enter the alley next to 40 Strathmore Rd. and drive all the way until you reach the back of 1905 Beacon St. The spots are on your right. Ignore the SpotHero signs along the fence on your left, which are separately listed.Spots "B1 and B2" are on your right, next to the garage, with yellow painted on the ground. Look for the “B5” painted on the ground and a smiley face painted on the brick in front of the spot. If there are garbage bins in front of the building, please move them to the side so you can park all the way in front. Towing is enforced. Please refer to the photos for additional guidance.
- This location is monitored according to the licence plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow.
