- Oversize fee of $5.00 daily for vehicles 65" to 75" tall and over 181" long, or any vehicle taller than 75" regardless of length
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, with the exception of Teslas, will not be accepted at this location.

Enter this location at 247 N 7th St. This garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the left-hand side of N 7th St. (a one-way street) between Roebling St. and Havemeyer St. The entrance is down a ramp that leads underneath an apartment building.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
