- Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.
- If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $25/day if you did not.
- Please Note: The oversized fees are applied for every 10 hours of parking. This facility is unable to accept exotic vehicles.
- Please Note: This location cannot honor cancellations beginning 30 minutes after the start of a reservation.
- Please hold on to your claim tickets. An additional $5.00 will be charged at the garage for all lost claims. No exceptions.
- This garage does not accept exotic vehicles. This includes, but is not limited to: Limos, Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Maseratis, Ferraris, Bugattis, Lamborghinis, Maclarens.
- This garage will only accept EV's with a physical key/fob. Vehicles without a fob will not be accepted.
- We recommend avoiding 10th Ave to get to the garage, as this area of 10th Ave is under heavy construction. There is a flag man on the corner Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pm to help navigate into the garage. For directional assistance, please call the garage at (212) 245-9594.

Enter this location at 80 W 61st St. This is The Regent garage (45 W 60th St), operated by Glenwood Management Corp. It is located on the south/right side of 61st St. ( a one-way street) between Columbus Ave. and Broadway. The entrance to the garage is down a driveway marked by a black illuminated 'Park' sign with white and yellow lettering.
- When you arrive at the facility, the valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you return to the facility, show the valet your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you received upon arrival.

- If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees now.
