- The elevator is only accessible Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Outside of those hours, you will need to walk up and down the parking ramp.
- This is a manual garage, however it is staffed by attendants in the parking office across the elevators. Please ignore the signs in the garage directing you to pay at the pay stations, they are for customers who have NOT purchased on SpotHero.
- This location may have adjusted hours or staffing on federal holidays. While we do our best to keep customers informed of changes in facility operations, if you are parking on a federal holiday, please confirm the operational hours with the facility.
- if there is a sign out front that says "Lot full", you may proceed to enter with a valid SpotHero reservation.

Enter this location on West side of 4th St SW. Enter this location on the West side of 4th St. SW between I (eye) ST. SW. and the Waterfront Station Metro. This garage is operated by Metropolis. Look for the blue and silver 'P' sign marked '1101' next to the driveway to the garage entrance.
Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
Important: To ensure a smooth parking experience, all customers must present the SpotHero parking pass upon arrival. The SpotHero pass is required to verify your reservation with the parking attendant.
- When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
